Dr. Laurel Carpenter’s love of sports propelled her into a career of helping others get back on the field and achieve their ultimate level of performance. As a former collegiate soccer player, she understands the importance of proper recovery for optimizing overall mind and body wellness. She earned her degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University prior to graduating Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.
Dr. Laurel’s holistic approach to care includes addressing imbalances and weaknesses, along with building strength and taking preventative measures to avoid future injuries. She utilizes multiple chiropractic techniques, along with various soft tissue modalities including dry cupping, acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and myofascial release. She has extensive experience in treating various populations and is certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Laurel emphasizes the importance of education and empowerment to provide each patient with the confidence to pursue their highest quality of life.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Laurel has found herself a home in South Florida and prioritizes spending time outside. She is a huge advocate of movement, and spends her free time running, playing soccer, or attending various workout classes.
