Dr. Jessica Soros is a distinguished professional who achieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northwestern University in 2016. Driven by her commitment to excellence, she has meticulously expanded her skill set over the years.
With notable achievements, Dr. Soros has elevated her career by attaining certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and securing credentials in Functional Dry Needling. She commenced her journey in Chicago, IL, where she dedicated her first five years as a physical therapist to an outpatient clinic specializing in orthopedic and sports-related injuries. During this time, she also served as the lead physical therapist for the American Hockey League’s, Chicago Wolves for four seasons. Dr. Soros managed a rehabilitative concussion program and garnered extensive experience in the treatment of head trauma injuries.
Beyond her outstanding clinical work, Dr. Soros has shared her knowledge and insights through professional presentations, solidifying her reputation as an expert in her field. Dr. Soros was a Travel Physical Therapist across the United States. Throughout her travels, she provided exceptional care to diverse populations including orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.
In 2023, she made a return to her home state of Florida, joining the team at USA Sports Medicine. Within this role, Dr. Soros seamlessly integrates an array of advanced manual therapy techniques, including dry needling, cupping, soft tissue mobilization, taping, and joint mobilizations. She complements these techniques with a focus on patient-specific exercises tailored to build strength and foster complete recovery.
As a former collegiate cheerleader and a level 9 competitive gymnast, Dr. Soros possesses a profound appreciation for wellness and physical activity.
