Physical Therapists (PTs) are healthcare professionals who diagnose and treat individuals with health-related conditions that limit their abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. As movement specialists, PTs can identify impairments and develop personalized treatment plans to reduce pain, optimize function, return to exercise and sport. PTs work with patients to develop home-exercise/fitness & wellness programs to restore mobility, prevent further injury, and maintain a healthier and more active lifestyle.
