ARPNeuro Therapy

What is ARPneuro Therapy?

Accelerated Recovery & Performance

ARPneuro Therapy uses electrical stimulation to safely send direct current electrical signals to the source of pain. The therapy stimulates soft tissue and increases blood flow to the source of pain. It then creates new neuro patterns to retrain brain to body communication so that future force is correctly absorbed by muscles – not joints, ligaments, or tendons.

The level of attention and care given by Alex Renda and every member of the USA Sports Medicine team is exceptional. I had been suffering with chronic knee pain while running for years. Alex helped me to get back to running pain free, all while answering all of my questions and helping me to feel confident in my running mechanics. You will feel like family here and I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you!

Benefits of ARPneuro Therapy

ARPneuro Therapy decreases chronic pain, increases range of motion, accelerates recovery time, and improves physical performance.

    • Reduce Pain. ARPneuro Therapy reduces pain consistently 60-80% faster than traditional chiropractic or physical therapy.
    • Accelerate Recovery. While typical rehab for many injuries is timed in months, recovery with ARPneuro Therapy is measured in days.
    • Strengthen Muscles. Trains muscles to absorb force instead of passing it on to joints, ligaments, tendons, knees, back, or hips.
    • Treat the Source. ARPneuro Therapy finds and treats the source of pain, where it originated, and eliminates the physiological pain.

Studies show improved pain relief, at least for the first 6 months when compared to cortisone injection – a safer alternative to a cortisone injection.e

ARPneuro Therapy (Accelerated Recovery and Performance) is an advanced neuromuscular treatment that uses targeted electrical stimulation to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction. By sending safe, direct-current electrical signals to affected areas, ARPneuro helps activate soft tissue, improve circulation, and accelerate the body’s natural healing response. This therapy retrains the communication between the brain and muscles, promoting proper movement patterns so that force is absorbed by the muscles—rather than the joints, ligaments, or tendons.

ARPneuro Therapy is a highly versatile treatment used by physical therapists and chiropractors to support patients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility and performance. It can be beneficial whether you’re preparing for surgery, recovering post-operatively, or seeking to avoid surgery altogether.

Common conditions treated with ARPneuro Therapy include:

  • Osteoarthritis and joint degeneration
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Chronic pain and inflammation
  • Concussions and neurological conditions
  • Fibromyalgia and connective tissue disorders
  • Limited range of motion and core weakness
  • Sciatica and spinal disc issues
  • Tendonitis and muscle strains or sprains
  • Plantar fasciitis and TMJ dysfunction
  • Post-surgical recovery and joint replacement rehabilitation

ARPneuro Therapy offers a cutting-edge approach to pain relief and recovery by targeting the source of pain—not just the symptoms. This advanced therapy helps patients heal faster, move better, and perform at a higher level.

Key benefits of ARPneuro Therapy include:

Faster Pain Relief: Reduces chronic and acute pain up to 60–80% faster than traditional chiropractic or physical therapy treatments.

Accelerated Recovery: Shortens recovery time from months to days by increasing blood flow and promoting faster tissue healing.

Improved Strength and Function: Retrains muscles to properly absorb force, helping to prevent future injuries to joints, ligaments, and tendons.

Treats the Root Cause: Identifies and corrects the source of pain, not just the area where symptoms appear, restoring optimal body function and mobility.

Whether you’re an athlete recovering from an injury or managing chronic pain, ARPneuro Therapy at USA Sports Medicine can help you recover quicker and return to peak performance.
