Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University in 2013 before receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2016, where she graduated first in her class.
With more than 10 years of clinical experience, Lauren has treated a wide variety of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes every treatment plan should be individualized to help each person return to the activities that matter most. Lauren has pursued extensive continuing education in manual therapy, TMJ disorders, joint replacement rehabilitation, gait and balance, and chronic pain management.
Lauren is passionate about combining hands-on treatment, individualized exercise, and patient education to address the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. Her goal is to help patients move with less pain, regain confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy.
A South Florida native, Lauren was born and raised in Pompano Beach. Her passion for physical therapy began at a young age while watching and learning from her uncle, who has practiced as a physical therapist for more than thirty years. Outside the clinic, Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband and their two young sons.
