About Dr. Kaitlyn Geddes, PT, DPT

Dr. Kaitlyn Geddes, PT, DPT, was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University, where she was accepted into the Honors College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2021. She went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy at East Carolina University in 2025.

Dr. Geddes has a passion for treating orthopedic injuries and post-operative conditions, with an emphasis on helping patients return safely and confidently to their prior level of function. Her treatment approach focuses on individualized, functional rehabilitation designed to restore strength, mobility, stability, and movement quality to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. She particularly enjoys working with athletes and active adults and incorporating balance and stability training into functional rehabilitation when appropriate.

Dr. Geddes’ passion for physical therapy began in high school after experiencing knee pain while participating in track and field. As a patient, she valued the supportive relationship she built with her physical therapist and the feeling of being truly heard. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

With a background in softball, gymnastics, and track and field, Dr. Geddes brings a well-rounded perspective to her clinical practice and an appreciation for the physical and mental demands of an active lifestyle. She is especially interested in helping patients navigate the rehabilitation process following injury or surgery and return to their desired sports, activities, and daily routines.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Geddes enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, going on bike rides, relaxing at the beach, and exploring new places with her family.

Dr. Geddes is a Physical Therapist at our Jupiter, Florida location.
