About Dr. Jeff Khachatryan, PT, DPT, CSCS

Dr. Jeff Khachatryan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who specializes in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University, where he graduated with honors, and has developed a results-driven approach centered on helping individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at a higher level.

Dr. Khachatryan discovered his passion for physical therapy through a lifelong involvement in sports, movement, and exercise. This passion further evolved during his time in Los Angeles while working in a physical therapy clinic, where he gained valuable experience in patient care, rehabilitation processes, and the integration of movement and performance. That experience shaped his ability to not only treat injuries, but also to understand how movement quality, training, and lifestyle all connect to long-term health and performance.

Throughout his clinical experience, Dr. Khachatryan has worked with a wide range of patients—from general population to high-level athletes—across orthopedic, sports, acute care, and performance settings. He specializes in treating orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, and movement-related dysfunction, with a strong emphasis on return-to-sport and long-term injury prevention. He also has experience working within regenerative rehabilitation, guiding patients through recovery following treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), stem cell therapy, and peptide-based protocols.

His treatment approach combines detailed movement analysis, hands-on manual therapy, and progressive strength and conditioning. Dr. Khachatryan is highly skilled in identifying faulty movement patterns that contribute to pain and injury, allowing him to address root causes rather than just symptoms. He incorporates a variety of advanced techniques including Active Release Techniques (ART), joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, Voodoo flossing, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, and Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT) to improve motor control and movement efficiency.

Known for his ability to seamlessly transition patients from rehabilitation into performance training, Dr. Khachatryan creates individualized programs that build strength, restore confidence, and optimize movement. His philosophy is centered on empowering patients through education, structured progression, and performance-based care—helping them not only recover, but come back stronger than before.
