Dr. Isaac Ashcraft grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, as a multi-sport athlete. He continued his passion for sports and teaching as a competitive swim coach while earning his undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. He went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2017. To further his clinical expertise and treatment skills, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2017 and completed his Level 1 and Level 2 Master Dry Needling Certifications (MDNC) in 2020.
Since graduation, Dr. Ashcraft has focused on outpatient orthopedics and sports, providing physical therapy and strength and conditioning services to a wide range of patients. While he has extensive experience providing care to professional athletes across multiple organizations—including the NFL, UFC, MLB, MLS, Premier League, U.S. Rowing, Formula 1 and 2 racing, IndyCar, and USPA—he is equally passionate about delivering results and relief to patients of all ages and activity levels who are seeking to improve function, even in everyday activities of daily living.
Dr. Ashcraft strives to educate patients on exactly what their treatment plan needs to address and why. His passion for physical therapy stems from a deep appreciation for education and the fulfillment he gains from helping individuals return to the activities they love—whether achieving athletic goals or simply lifting their grandchildren with greater ease.
