Dr. Alina Jackson is a board-certified Physical Therapist. She received both her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stockton University in New Jersey, where she is from. Alina has experience treating patients of all ages and levels of function, from athletes to geriatrics. Most of her experience has been in an outpatient setting, working with other disciplines to coordinate the best care for each patient. She emphasizes treatment plans with a focus on strength training, soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, and modalities as needed to meet each individual’s goals. Dr. Alina has additional certifications for the treatment of concussions, as well as her dry needling certification.
Prior to college, Alina played field hockey in high school, which helped drive her love for the fitness and rehabilitation world. Currently, you can find her enjoying time outdoors and staying active through weight training.
