Dr. Alexander Schwindeman, Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializes in outpatient orthopedics with a focus on performance-based rehabilitation and individualized treatment planning. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Florida International University. Dr. Schwindeman brings a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and hands-on experience to his work, helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve physical function.
Known for his intentional and personalized approach to care, Dr. Schwindeman integrates performance training principles to not only support recovery but enhance overall strength and movement quality. He is committed to continued education and staying current with evidence based practices to deliver innovative, effective care tailored to each patient’s goals.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Schwindeman maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys basketball, weightlifting, fishing, and kayaking. These experiences inform his understanding of physical health and functional movement, insights he brings into every session with his patients. He currently treats patients at our South Beach location.
